FUNCTIONAL

Utilizing low cost, mechanically stable materials, we can produce functional, usable prototypes as soon as the same day. This category represents opportunities that will work in typical heat, stress, chemical, and impact present environments. 3D printing allows for lightweight parts that maintain strength, which creates abundant possibilities in functional parts.

MAX STRENGTH

Continuous fiber inill allows 3D printed parts to have tensile strength comparable to that of aluminum, without the weight or design limitations. Carbon fiber, fiberglass, and Kevlar each have an area of expertise when it comes to the most demanding applications.

FLEXIBLE

Flexible materials are the most versatile option available, as they are capable of being used as an end product, wearable tooling, and even seals. We offer materials with shore hardness of 85A and harder.

HIGH DETAIL

3D printing with ultraviolet curable (UV) resins allows resolution up to 0.010mm (0.00039"). Mainly restricted by build size, SLA printing provides a unique opportunity for highly detailed end-use or prototype parts.
